About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a fun and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of each child. You’ll foster a stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and develop a love for learning. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt lessons to accommodate the different learning styles and developmental stages of each child, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential. You’ll also collaborate closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to provide the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.
The role will allow you to use your creativity to develop exciting and engaging lesson plans that incorporate both indoor and outdoor activities.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching Early Years Foundation Stage.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs and abilities.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure the development of all students, particularly those requiring extra help.
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress regularly, ensuring all pupils meet their developmental milestones.
