We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Heathcote Holdings, a growing family-run group of companies. You'll work across multiple brands, crafting compelling marketing outputs that drive engagement and enhance brand awareness.

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves social media, digital marketing, and content creation, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and take ownership of exciting campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content - Develop and execute innovative social media strategies, manage content plans, and create engaging posts.
Email Marketing - Design and implement targeted campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Digital Marketing - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC strategies.
Creative Copywriting - Write compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
Competitor & Market Analysis - Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and recommend new marketing opportunities.
Event Management - Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events to showcase our brands.
Marketing Strategy - Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful brand strategies.About you:

Essentials:

3+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role
A passion for social media & digital marketing
Strong copywriting & proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to bring new ideas
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
Understanding of SEO & PPCBenefits:
