We invite experienced candidates who are prepared to uphold the highest safety and operational standards on various project sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely guide and position loads using appropriate signals and communication to crane operators.

* Inspect and prepare lifting accessories and loads prior to lifting operations.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and on-site protocols.

* Work collaboratively with site management and teams to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Slinger in busy construction or industrial environments.

* Valid CPCS/NPORS Slinger Signaller qualification.

* Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation related to lifting operations.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, for effective team coordination.

* Flexible availability to meet the needs of dynamic site schedules.

* Desirable Attributes:

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments.

* Previous experience working on large-scale projects.

* Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in lifting operations.
