Location: Southend

Salary: £60,000 (Negotiable)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8am to 5pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Requirements:

Experience in construction or projects (preferred)
Qualification in Building Studies or Quantity Surveying (preferred)Duties:

Buying materials from suppliers
Checking cost of materials
Visit sites occasionally
Ensure all information is collected for each project
