Major Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our prestigious client based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing company that are now seeking a strong sales manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive new business.
The ideal candidate MUST have a background in Team management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives effectively. You will also be responsible for coaching them on effective strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Services Sales team, coaching them on effective strategies and creating a culture of hard work and success
Motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives effectively.
Prepare regular reports to senior management on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Recruit, train and mentor new team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
Utilise and manage the CRM system to track sales metrics, individual performances and optimise sales processes.
Be responsible for individual, collective and divisional targets.Requirements:
1+ years in Team Management experience is preferred, but experienced senior sales representatives wanting progression are welcome
Driven to hit targets and inspire your team to achieve the same.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage team performance, budgets, and workload efficiently.
