We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our successful client based in Elstree.
You will be joining an office of supportive, upbeat and hard-working colleagues, where you will take on extra responsibility as you grow and develop within the role.
This role is based in the office Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Key responsibilities:
· Supporting the sales team with providing quotes and answering general queries
· Handling customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, via email and phone calls
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
· Liaising with wholesalers and main contacts within the industry
· Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
· Preparing sales reports
· Supply chain planning
· Identifying new leads
· Processing orders
What the client are looking for:
· Minimum 1-2 years’ previous customer service administration experience within an office environment
· Confident and proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Highly motivated with a positive, ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude
· Great timekeeping and organised approach
· Team player but also able to work independently on your own initiative
· You must be a driver due to the location
