Quality Manager Required

? Location: Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire (commutable from Peterborough, March, Huntingdon, Wisbech, Stamford, Ely)
? Salary: £40,000 per annum + Benefits
? Working Hours: Days - Full-time

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product quality, manage ISO9001:2015 compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Manage ISO9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and returns.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and quality costs.
Oversee calibration, quality documentation, and production audits.
Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring high performance.
Monitor key quality KPIs, including Right First Time (RFT) and OEE losses.What Our Client is Looking For:

✅ Essential:

Experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and quality systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing quality team.✅ Desirable:

Experience in PPAP, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
