Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing FM provider in Belfast. You will be assigned to commercial contracts only and be provided a vehicle and fuel card to cover the patch.

About the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

Repairs and install - roofs,gutters,gullies,cladding and wall tiling
Reactive task
Decorating and painting
Doors and locks
Hardware repairs
Complete reportsExperience need for the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

Level 2 NVQ Carpentry or equivalent (essential)
Full driving licence
CSCS Card (desirable)
Any other city & guilds qualifications (desirable) What we offer the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

Hours of work - Monday to Friday and 8am - 5pm
Salary up to 33,000 euros per annum (depends on experience)
33 days of Annual leave
