Straight-Line Civils are looking for a Health and Safety Manager near Scunthorpe.

This is permanent office-based role with occasional visits to sites.

Key responsibilities: (includes but not limited to)
Take ownership, responsibility and be accountable for the management of a successful and effective Health & Safety Policy
Ensure the companies have all the necessary documentation, training and qualifications
Recommend and implement improvements in areas where observations highlight areas of concern
Obtain where necessary, maintain and renew as required the following accreditations, and ensure their application / adoption within the business.

Requirements:
At least 3 years as a Manager responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety with a company involved in the Civil Engineering Industry
NEBOSH Qualification
NCRQ / NVQ Level 5 and above
IOSH
