Unite People are working with a Hertfordshire based Passive Fire Protection sub-contractor to introduce a freelance, travelling Project Manager for at least 12 months.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple smaller projects around the South East, liaise with clients, manage the day-to-day running of the projects and ensure works are carried out correctly and to spec before completing handover.

* £300 per 8 hour day paid LTD or CIS

* All expenses covered for travelling between sites

* General construction experience required for an overview of health and safety, rams, sub-contractor and direct trades management

* 12 months minimum with an overview of eventually joining the business on the books

Required

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid

* 5 years experience managing construction sites as Site Manager minimum

* Ability to start within next 2 weeks
