Job Opportunity: Transport Administrator – 9 month contract

I am excited to present an urgent contract role for an experienced Warehouse/Distribution Administrator or Transport Administrator to join a dynamic logistics team in Newbridge.

The Role
In this Maternity Cover position, you’ll play a vital role supporting the logistics operation, focusing on administrative efficiency, transport compliance, and customer service. Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain compliance with transport regulations, manage vehicle routing, and ensure customer requirements are met. You’ll be responsible for KPIs, accident investigation, fleet administration, and providing key supervisory support for the transport team.

What You Bring

* Minimum 2 years in warehouse/distribution, with solid transport law knowledge.

* Strong Health and Safety knowledge

* Excellent organization, decision-making skills, and the ability to handle shifting priorities.

* Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively.
