Your new role

* Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm working in a healthcare site undertaking statutory compliance and significant contractual compliance events.

* Undertake desktop evidence reviews of both Statutory and Contractual compliance by subcontractors, ensuring coordination of feedback from all participants is achieved.

* Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed utilising systems.

* Escalate and feed back in a timely manner, non-compliance area and unconfirmed areas where the Service Provider is not producing evidence to demonstrate compliance.

* Produce performance reports detailing the outputs from monitoring undertaken for inclusion within board reports.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a facilities maintenance role is required.

* PFI experience is desirable.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
