Registered Manager – Medium Nursing Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized nursing home based in Didcot. This role offers a highly competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus, and is ideal for a passionate leader with a strong background in elderly care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, the Registered Manager will oversee all operational aspects and drive continuous improvement across care quality, staffing, occupancy, and regulatory outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Manager is essential
Proven track record in nursing home management
Strong leadership and people management skills
RGN qualification is preferred, but not essential
Comprehensive understanding of CQC requirements and care regulations
Ability to maintain high occupancy and excellent standards of resident careThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
