What We're Looking For: A degree in English or a related subject.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
PGCE or equivalent qualification (highly desirable).
A proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that inspire student success.
Experience designing imaginative and stimulating schemes of work.
Mentoring or coaching experience to support Early Career Teachers.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for motivating students and colleagues.
Commitment to safeguarding procedures and student welfare.Your Role: Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Create exciting lesson plans that bring literature and language to life.
Mentor Early Career Teachers, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum delivery.
Engage with pastoral leads, parents, and carers to support student progress and wellbeing.
