Responsibilities:

Evaluate current marketing performance and develop strategies for brand growth.
Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
Lead transformation workstreams to improve capabilities and drive effectiveness.
Refine audience targeting and enhance the customer journey for maximum impact.
Provide detailed reports on performance metrics and growth opportunities.

About You:

5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, digital media, and content marketing.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and a passion for driving results.
