Vacancy Brief:
* Our client is seeking a Service Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis.
* This is a full-time vacancy, 37.5 hours per week
* Working pattern is Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm,
* Candidates pay rate is £12.60 PAYE or £16.23 Umbrella
* The role will be location based in Coventry
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer telephone enquiries, respond to requests, and take messages.
* Assist with “Youth Line” enquiries, providing initial information and signposting to relevant departments.
* Support the preparation of grant and bid applications, including presentations and submissions.
* Compile and produce statistical data and reports for internal and external use.
* Utilise various software packages (including Microsoft Office) to create high-quality reports.
* Prepare and distribute standard reports for committee meetings.
* Administer meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and document management.
* Organise events such as briefings, including venue arrangements, invitations, and catering.
* Provide secretarial support to the Service Manager and Team Leader, including diary management.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels for stationery and office equipment.
* Handle customer feedback, collate data, and produce monthly reports.
* Complete and maintain records of incident and accident reports.
* Set up and maintain filing and archiving systems to keep documentation up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Experience in compiling reports and handling data.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
