A medium sized, quality focused House Builder are looking for a Freelance Site Manager to join a site in Chesterfield up to the Christmas break.

Start date Monday 11th November

Offering up to £280 / day CIS

Job Duties:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining project schedules, and liaising with project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certification, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Working Conditions:

The Site Manager will work on-site in Chesterfield, East Midlands.
