We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across Bristol, making a real difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
✅ Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
✅ Building positive relationships to encourage confidence and independence
✅ Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience working with SEN students across primary and secondary settings
? A genuine passion for making education accessible for all
? Patience, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
? Relevant experience in education, care, or a similar field (qualifications desirable but not essential)

? An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
