Role: Partnerships and Complex Schemes Manager
Salary: £62,457
Location: Hammersmith

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships and Complex Schemes Manager to join a leading local authority in West London.. This role involves leading the management and implementation of complex assets and growth projects, ensuring high standards of design, innovation, sustainability, and commercial objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex development projects from inception to delivery.
Establish strategic partnerships with landowners, developers, and Registered Providers.
Ensure all third-party contracted works meet quality and value for money requirements.
Develop options for large-scale new-build housing and mixed-use developments.
Manage project budgets and financial modelling from inception to start on site.
Lead the procurement and management of integrated project teams.
Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide professional leadership and manage project risk. 
About You:

Essential: Degree level or formal industry-recognized qualification.
Desirable: Membership of a professional body and/or evidence of continuous professional development.
Proven track record in delivering high-profile projects with public and private partners.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to see business improvement opportunities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detailed knowledge of complex site assembly, development, and infrastructure projects.
Experience managing significant budgets and identifying funding opportunities.
High political awareness and ability to handle confidential information professionally. 
This role requires flexibility, with the expectation to work from various locations and attend meetings outside regular hours. Site visits and personal protective equipment usage may be necessary.
