This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small HR team reporting into the Head of HR delivering an efficient, supporting HR service across the business.

Our client is a well-established player in the industrial/manufacturing/retail sector. With a workforce exceeding 250 employees, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and services. With head office based out of Wakefield and sites across Yorkshire/UK.
Description
Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
Managing HR systems and employee records.
Preparing payroll data/information
Coordinating training and development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
Travel to other sites as and when required Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Have preciously worked in a generalist HR role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with Managers
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, preparation of payroll data
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Full clean driving licence and own car Job Offer
