What you'll be doing;

Monitor and uphold Ancillary Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Oversee and ensure compliance of clinical waste service

Manage container stock levels and maintain equipment

Supervise, coach, and support staff in safe working practices

Assist with staff management, including booking, training, and client liaison

Conduct regular field inspections to ensure health and safety procedures are followed

Manage and report on fleet cleanliness, accidents, and damage

Identify training needs and career development opportunities for staff

Utilize operational software systems for service, vehicle compliance, and safety reporting

Engage proactively with staff, promote communication channels, and understand on-site stock value

What we're looking for;

Good time keeping

Works well in a team

The ability to proactively manage a team

Full UK driving license cat B, cat C desirable

Knowledge of clinical waste services
