Requirement for an experienced Forge Operative to join a successful, Redditch-based Manufacturer. The position will require the successful candidate to be an integral part of the Press Forge division with the responsibility of producing high-precision parts for large aerospace customers across the UK.

As a Forge Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
Working to instructions and specifications within a busy manufacturing environment
Grinding/Polishing/Linishing materials
Press operating
The successful applicant will have experience within a Press Forge environment, be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks. This role will commence training on standard days before moving to the rotating shift pattern.
