Administrator

Administrator Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join our team. Ideal for someone with an open mind, looking for a varied role, providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
First point of call for incoming telephone calls.
Taking charge and handling of spare parts orders and quotations.
Processing invoices and actioning emails.
Dealing with custom documents and clearing for importing and exporting.
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising documents.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintaining office supplies inventory.
Support Staff:
Assisting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinating with other departments and assisting with inter-departmental tasks.
Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors.
Reception Duties - Greeting visitors and clients, ensuring they are attended to promptly.
Data Entry:
Entering information accurately into company systems and databases.
Assisting with the maintenance of company records.
Ad hoc Duties:
Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned.
Contributing to team meetings and sharing feedback to improve operational efficiency.
Helping in the warehouse to send consumables to customers.
Administrator Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proactive, willing to learn, and takes initiative.
