Role: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: £38,000 +

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and water supply systems.

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing faults quickly and effectively.

* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency plumbing issues.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Upgrade and install new plumbing systems when required, including pumps, valves, and water treatment units.

* Maintain accurate records of all plumbing works and repairs.

* Work closely with site management and clients to provide top-quality service delivery.

The Maintenance Plumber will be involved in the day to day running of a large static Commercial Office site in Trafford Park, covering PPM, and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems and small project works.
