Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced Head chefs to work 40 hours on ongoing Temporary basis in South Yorkshire area.

Chef must have Level 2 / 3 Food and safety valid certificate and also completed Allergy awareness course to show.

Shifts available Monday-Sunday

Hours may vary from 7am-16pm to evening/night shifts

Hourly pay varies, starting on £15 per hour

We pay holiday pay and pension!

You will need to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with registration and legislative requirements at all times.

Responsible for the planning and preparation of food to provide meals in accordance with menus and food policies.

Ensure the kitchen and equipment is always kept suitably clean including walls, floors and trolleys to transport food following a cleaning schedule.

You will need to make sure that on a daily basis that all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are washed in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Also to ensure that all foods are ready at the specified time and correctly served and ensure that all individual dietary requirements are catered for in line with guidance.

Requirements:

- Food and Hygiene certificate level 2/3

- Minimum 1 year expiricence

- Enhanced DBS
