Due-to continued success, my client is looking for an administrator to join their team.
Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £27,500
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Administrator Duties include:
Support the department in all service, repair and warranty administration and invoicing
Support the site engineers with site requirements, equipment, documentation and information
Setup and revise service agreements as required, updating databases
Liaise with subcontract service providers and raise purchase orders where necessary
Generate quotations for parts and remedial works and follow up
Requirements for the right Administrator:
Customer Communication Skills to deal with internal and external customers
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations
Open minded individual, open to learning mechanical/electrical terminology
