Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers (trampers) to support our well-known client based in Abingdon and join their expanding team. Potential for temp to perm position for the right candidates.

Position: Class 1 Driver
Salary: £16.50 standard pay - £24.75 per hour overtime
Work: Monday - Friday
Time: Ability to work a flexible schedule (Day, night, and occasional weekends)
Overtime: After 45 hours worked

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Operate lorries to transport goods and plant to designated locations
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
Maintain accurate paperwork
Ability to work with some flexibility for the start times
Be able to do nights out when required
Full PPE supplied
Requirements:

Full UK licence (Cat C+E)
CPC Card
Digi Card
12 months Class 1 experience
Beneficial but not essential:

Experience doing load restrain inspections
Experience of Wagon & Drag
CSCS card but full training will be provided
Plant mover & loader securer
