Food Sales Manager, London

This would suit a Sales Manager who can expand existing accounts and quickly win new business. You’ll be working with an impressive list of existing customers within the UK food manufacturing market.

The Candidate

* Proven background selling ingredients into food manufacturers across the UK.

* Understanding the technical requirements within food manufacturing, whether this be from a food science or culinary point of view is hugely advantageous.

* This would suit someone with a senior sales background from a big hitter that supplies ingredients to the UK food manufacturing market.

* Candidate must be able to give strong examples of listings won and YOY growth.

* You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.

The Role

* Increasing volume, market share and profitability of the business.

* Successfully winning new business.

* Proactively manage Key Accounts, including client visits, gap identification, identifying product issues the customer is having.

* Management of all development projects inclusive of project pipeline to support new business in line with customer requirements and development brief guidelines.

* Develop consumer marketing plans for the products in line with the business’s overall strategy.

* Leading customer presentations for the business in conjunction with Culinary and NPD.
