We are recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. The Quality Manager will be working with this currently expanding business implementing process controls, working to improve quality manufacturing processes to optimise performance.

As the Quality Manager you will be required too :

* Embed improvement into all process activities

* Driving forward a culture of Quality and implementing processes and systems to support Quality improvement

* Promote continual improvement and process excellence

* Leading on Quality initiatives and ensuring Quality is understood

* Using performance data to drive Quality awareness and improvement processes

* Driving a culture of Quality and improving product quality

* Working to improve customer experience

* Developing and mentoring talent

* Reporting on Quality performance data

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Quality Manager in a Manufacturing environment

* Able to identify unsafe practices

* Able to ensure that health & safety policy is understood and adhered too

* Experience of implementing processes to support quality improvement

* Experience of managing Quality systems

* Able to operate at all levels of the business

* Able to influence change and drive improvement

* A good knowledge of iron castings

* Experience in a foundry environment would be an advantage
