Logistics Coordinator / Despatch Assistant

Location : Camberley
Salary £24,000 - £26,000 + bonus + benefits + free car parking

Hours : Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00

My client who are based in Camberley are seeking an experience logistics / despatch coordinator to join their fast growing company. To apply for this role, you must have strong organisational and coordination skills. You will be responsible for building rapport with Customers, Warehouse Teams and Logistic Partners. Ideally you will have experience working within Despatch or Logistics.

Daily Duties

Building rapport with customers, warehouse teams and logistic partners

Organising deliveries

Arrange shipments

Liaising with customers about deliveries and any special requirements

Processing deliveries

Printing of pallet ID

Creating paperwork for deliveries

E-mailing shipping and invoicing documents to customers

Updating Delivery Issues Tracker

Managing the Damages and Insurance claims

Key Skills

Proven experience in a similar logistics/ despatch and administrative role

An accurate and methodical approach with attention for detail

Organization, planning and prioritisation skills

Excellent IT, communication and listening skills
