About the Company
Our Client are a leading company in the diplomatic sector, with an established sales team of 5. We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our dynamic team to manage key accounts and grow business opportunities across various regions.
Role Overview
The Key Account and Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, increasing revenue, and expanding business prospects in Asia, Africa, CIS, and other target markets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for the wine and spirits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Nurture existing key accounts to increase turnover and improve customer satisfaction.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, including cold calls in target regions (Asia, Africa, CIS, and others as needed).
* Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts to optimize business opportunities.
* Sales Support: Provide occasional support to the Sales team, including assisting with events abroad.
* Market Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of wines and spirits to strengthen customer relations and enhance sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Strong understanding of business development and customer service.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and IA.
* Knowledge of wines and spirits (WSET diploma is a plus).
Personal Traits:
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
* Polite, charming, and capable of building strong relationships with clients.
* Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work Environment: Based in Dubai, with the flexibility to occasionally support events abroad.
Objectives:
* Goal: Increase turnover by 100% by the end of 2025.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: AED 12,000 per month. (£2500 per month TAX Free)
* Bonuses: Performance-based bonus up to 4 months’ salary, subject to achievement of budget targets. (Up to £10K in Bonus)
