Job Title: Technical Administrator

Location: Berkshire

Salary: £25k-£27k

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 (Hybrid working)

Responsibilities:

* Administrative tasks, making specification templates, organising supplier performance reviews and observing nutritional data.

* Handle non-conformance in product data, investigate and resolve customer complaints taking guidance from superiors.

* Support the development of the QMS, contributing to completing reports efficiently and correctly.

* Ensure compliance with all product information/data.

The Candidate:

* Food science/tech degree or equivalent high education

* Must have worked with spreadsheets (pivot tables, v-lookups), strong IT skills and data analytical skills.

* Be a good problem solver, able to use own initiative and be able to find best way to do something
