What You’ll Do:

* Working in a busy and supportive management accounts team of 3 and working closely with the Finance Manager

* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting balance sheet reconciliation for 1 of the 4 business units.

* Assist in annual budgeting, business system development, and process improvements.

* Play an active role in enhancing financial systems and procedures for maximum efficiency.

* Support the Finance Manager and colleagues with external auditor process to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold financial integrity.

Who You Are:

* AAT part or fully qualified, looking to embark upon CIMA.

* Hands on, minimum 2 years practical experience in supporting with month end accounting procedures. Exposure to preparing management accounts advantageous.

* Strong Excel skills and knowledge of large ERP accounting software

* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

* Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on the details.

* Eager to embrace continuous improvement and new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

* Salary region around £35,000 plus full study support (annual value around £4,000) with annual reviews, increments as you work through your qualification stages.
