Location: Cambridge
Hours/Pay: Shift-based, including weekends | £11.44 per hour
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
This pivotal position supports smooth patient flow through the hospital, ensuring high-quality administrative and customer service. If you're passionate about organisation, efficiency, and delivering excellent patient care, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient activity and provide support for patients and visitors.
Professionally meet and greet patients, ensuring information is accurately recorded in the Lorenzo system.
Assist with patient flow, including booking hospital transport when necessary.
Relay vital information to the Senior Patient Flow Facilitator to avoid discharge delays.What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in IT systems (e.g., Tomcat, Lorenzo, Word, Excel).
Exceptional customer care and verbal communication skills.
Strong written communication to convey sensitive information effectively.
