Our prestigious client, who are an independent Contractor Manager for the UK property damage industry, are currently on the lookout for a driven Customer Service Advisors based in the Mansfield area.
Day-to-day duties will include:
* Carrying out home insurance claims
* Settling the claims
* Inputting data
* Arranging jobs for the tradesmen / surveyors
* Answering the phone in a professional & timely manner
* Keeping in communication with clients
* Basic administration duties
* All other tasks as required
There is an element of problem solving involved, so you will need to be switched on! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims handling.
Their office has a friendly and relaxed environment, with no strict dress code.
This is a temporary to permanent position, paying £11.44 per hour. Our clients working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Driving license with own transport would be advantageous due to location.
