Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of Site Management for a residential block of flats and new build project

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Conduct detailed quantity surveying to manage costs and resources effectively

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically with blocks of flats and new builds

- Strong background in Quantity Surveying

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
