Are you a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a qualified teacher (QTS essential) to join a supportive school in Coventry. This role is perfect for an educator with experience working with pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), Autism, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND pupils.

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Differentiate teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs.

Work collaboratively with support staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback and adapting lessons accordingly.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience working with pupils with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD.

Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, compassionate approach.

Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to SEND learners.
