Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Hartlepool
Hours: Full time
Ark Search are currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well known high street practice in Hartlepool on a permanent basis.
Job Duties:
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing cases
* Dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
* Handling own title checks
* Dealing with new builds, remortgages and right to buys
* Exposure to some commercial property cases and looking to build upon this
About You:
* The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a candidate Qualified by Experience that has previously managed a conveyancing caseload. It would be advantageous to have some commercial property experience but not essential
Salary: £20,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
