Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum OTE up to £6,000 bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting customers in the Parts department.

* Managing orders, booking out parts, invoicing, and processing payments.

* Handling general aftersales enquiries and collaborating with the Service department.

* Providing estimates and achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.

* Addressing customer enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face.

* Checking in parts deliveries and assisting with stock checks.

* Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.

* Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.

* Professional yet friendly, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.

* Experienced in a parts department with a good understanding of motor vehicle mechanics.

* Willing to update technical knowledge to provide efficient service.

* Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge (essential).

* Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
