Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a property management company based in North London.

Operating for over 15 years, they have a portfolio of over 900 properties which they look after. These are residential, office blocks, industrial estates, mixed use properties and leisure and retail units as well as development sites.

They have a workforce of over 55 and are currently looking to add a Project Manager and a Head of Residential.

We are looking for candidates with a strong construction background and property management. You will be working on new build residential and commercial projects. They need someone who is qualified and competent to follow the whole job from breaking ground to handing over the keys.

This is a permanent position, based in North London, working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. The salary is paying £65k per annum.
