£13.15 an hourYou will be responsible for coordinating member meetings, managing member communication distribution, and acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries. You will also deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers.

Responsibilities Included:

- Act as point of contact for enquiries
- Deliver membership-related advice and administrative support to members, applicants and customers
- Maintain and keep accurate records of members on the CRM system
- Coordinate member meetings

Skills and Attributes:

- Administrative experience
- Experienced in CRM system (or similar)
- Organising events, reception/front of house experience
- Membership experience (advantageous)
- Proactive, Attention to Detail and forward thinking
