New to mark Registered Domiciliary Care Manager role has risen in the Saddleworth/ Oldham area!
This is a fantastic role for any Registered Domiciliary Care Manager who has extensive domiciliary experience. With a background in elderly/ nursing needs, my client specialises in supporting people with profound elderly needs. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual who has several years' experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service.
The successful candidate will join a well-established domiciliary care company and will ensure this domiciliary care company is a caring, compassionate organisation whose primary aim is to ensure a high standard of life for all service users. You will open and expand the organisation, and you will sell domiciliary care services to new residents.

The candidate will ensure high calibre care is always delivered. You will help to market the service and to liaise with family members and future service users. You will hire and train staff. You will increase the number of service users and domiciliary care hours.
You will have full responsibility for the domiciliary care company, this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

·Domiciliary care commissioning knowledge beneficial
·CQC legislation knowledge
·Hands on approach
·Service promotion skills / marketing
·Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
·Strong planning and organisational skills
·Level 5 NVQ
