Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing local authority based in Plymouth. They are seeking a Employment Paralegal  to join their team on a full time basis.

This role pays a competitive rate of £20-£23 per hour umbrella depending on experience and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.
 
Responsibilities as a Employment Paralegal:

Draft employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and legal correspondence.
Conduct research on employment laws, case precedents, and regulatory compliance.
Gather and review evidence, organise case files, and coordinate depositions or witness interviews.About you as an Employment Paralegal:

A good working knowledge of employment law
2+ years of experience in employment law or litigation support
