We are recruiting on behalf of a small Architectural studio in East Lancashire. Easily commutable from all parts of Lancashire and into North-Yorkshire. They currently are home to around 8 staff including Architects and experienced Technicians. They work on a really eclectic mix of project types including modern housing developments, Commercial workplace schemes (up to £30m!), Industrial units and everything in-between. They allow each individual to take charge of their own project work and support is offered where needed by an extremely talented Director.

Owing to a busy order book for at least the next 18 months, they are looking to appoint 1 or maybe 2 new members to their team. They would prefer to recruit at a Senior level; those with atleast 5 years of practical work experience would be preferred at this stage.

They are predominantly office-based at the moment but have plans to incorporate more flexible working patterns to benefit all staff. The office is brand-new, modern and has lots of amenities on-site to offer a really comfortable working life.

For Senior Architects and Senior Technicians/Technologists we can offer a salary in the region of £45,000 alongside a good benefits package.
