Location: Mablethorpe
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
 
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic leader to take the reins of a well-established residential home in Mablethorpe. With a longstanding Good CQC rating, a fully staffed team, and strong support from directors, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a reputable home while driving modernization and occupancy growth.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and support a well-established team to maintain and improve care standards.
Drive occupancy growth, with a focus on private-paying residents.
Implement modernized systems, working closely with compliance teams.
Maintain and enhance the home’s Good CQC rating.
Oversee the re-commissioning of a unit into a supported living service.
