New Business Sales Executive

Location: Hybrid - Wimbledon, London

Salary:£27,000 - £30,000 D.O.E + Commission

Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

About our client:

Our client is a dynamic company that provides premium temporary accommodation solutions for corporate and leisure clients. They offer spacious, luxurious alternatives to traditional hotels, creating a "home away from home" experience.

The role:

Our client is seeking a confident sales person to help grow business inventory through the development of new business relationships, targeting areas where our client has presence, you’ll be utilising all sources to maximise on all opportunity for the growth of business portfolio.

Main responsibilities / duties:

* Within your territory, research and identify leads opportunities for prospecting new business.

* Identify & build strong relationships with key contacts to understand and act on their needs, whilst securing new business.

* Schedule appointments, initial consultations and lead meetings with clients.

* Attend open days and familiarisation trips to increase awareness and remain relevant.

* Network at trade shows and exhibitions.

* Carry out check-in’s and viewings when required.

* Assist, when required, in the resolution of any complaints received.

* Produce monthly sales reports and achieve monthly KPI’s.

* Remain adaptable in role, picking up any ad hoc duties that may be required when business priorities change.

Key skills / requirements:

* Good interpersonal skills, strengthening relationships with prospect account contacts.

* Proactive sales approach, preempting objections and overcoming them.

* Self-motivated, go-getter who is able to manage own pipeline and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Excel at building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
