Scaffolder - January Start - New Builds

Job Description

Location: Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, Motherwell

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Construction

Salary: £25 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:

Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and standards
Inspecting scaffolding equipment and ensuring it meets safety requirements
Working at heights to install and secure scaffolding systems
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications:

CSCS Card
Previous experience as a Scaffolder
Ability to work at heights
Good physical fitness and stamina

Education:

No formal education required, but relevant certifications or apprenticeships are advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in scaffolding.

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of construction and scaffolding techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced scaffolding certifications
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. PPE will be provided
