Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To assist the Head of Centre in the management of the human, financial and physical resources to deliver day-to-day educational, childcare, health and recreational provision at a Children's Centre.
To act as the nominated on-site Safeguarding contact.

Under the direction of the Head of Centre to support the day-to-day management aspects of service provision at a particular location in the borough of Ealing.
Ensure the premises and staff operate according to the recognised health and safety guidelines and Council procedures.
Ensure the Centre maintains a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for all children and their families who use the facilities and services.
Assist with marketing and promoting the Centre's facilities and services, as directed.
Support the day to day work of staff at the centre and giving support and day to day supervision.
Implement staffing schedules to ensure coverage of the activities programme, as directed by the Head of CentreAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
