Our client is looking for a The Customer Service Clerk who will be responsible for promoting service excellence through continuous improvement and collaboration with the customer.
Assist customer communication and issue resolution regarding all aspects of the service delivery to the site customers.
Your duties will include but not be limited to
* Booking in customer deliveries
* Accurate communication between customer and CEVA
* Dealing with customer queries and requests for information
* Drive continuous improvement
* Create KPI reports for all aspects of Customer Services relating to each individual customer
* Identify key trends and opportunities to improve all service levels in line with contract SLA’s
* Contract reporting and escalation to senior management to promote service excellence
* Manage, develop and when required recruit members or both your team and advising others, ensuring appropriate planning, organisation, control and communication.
