About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer to lead and deliver complex geotechnical design projects across multiple sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected engineering consultancy at the forefront of cutting-edge infrastructure projects. You will play a vital role in shaping sustainable infrastructure by applying your expertise in geotechnical detailed design and finite element (FE) analysis.

Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Lead the detailed geotechnical design across a range of sectors, including rail, highways, nuclear, renewables, and water infrastructure projects.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and contribute to their technical development.
Perform detailed FE analysis to ensure innovative and resilient design solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality technical guidance and ensure project objectives are met.
Drive project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE).
Demonstrable expertise in geotechnical detailed design, including proficiency in FE analysis.
Proven experience in leading complex infrastructure projects within relevant sectors.
Strong project management skills and ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
